What I did with my online marketing experience using my methods, my list grew to 1,345. My list was so super targeted that when I launched my product, the conversion rate was 3 to 1marketing

i am from the philippines and we are about to open a massage clinic.the difference with our massage is that our masseurs will be blind persons.
my husband and i have been customers with the blind masseurs and they are just so good. they had been trained well for this line of business. so we thought of opening a clinic so as to give them a decent place for their knowledge and profession as well as a business for us.
our problem is that, we are still looking for a place where to open our clinic. would it be wise to have it in a mall or just in a busy place?
